Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCIALPILOT.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SocialOptrix.AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination
